What is Pray Charleston? Pray Charleston is a community-wide Christian prayer movement and one of the pathways of Charleston United. Its mission is “To make Jesus unignorable to every man, woman, and child in the Greater Charleston area.” It connects believers, churches, and prayer groups across the Charleston region in united prayer for our neighbors and communities.
What does it do? Pray Charleston is organizing a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week prayer movement. Churches and prayer groups take designated prayer times so that prayer can continue throughout the month. Participants can sign up for a 30- or 60-minute prayer time, even once a month. Monthly prayer guides provide Scripture and specific requests for the Charleston area, South Carolina, and our nation.
November 2026 Focus: God Is Wisdom
This month’s emphasis is government leaders and families. Pray for wisdom, integrity, cooperation, and discernment among public officials. Pray also for strong marriages, patient parents, protection for children, provision for families in need, healing in relationships, and comfort for those facing hardship.
